The Ladies of Honor is an opportunity for our 7/8th grade girls to go above and beyond their regular school work to grow their faith in Jesus Christ and display Christian character and leadership. The first step is reciting the group axioms. Four girls were awarded their Ladies of Honor t-shirts after they recited this creed. I AM A LEADER
I am a lady of honor
MY ATTITUDE
Is my choice
I DO THE RIGHT THING
Because it is the right thing to do.
I LEARN TO LISTEN
Because I listen to learn
A GOOD LEADER
Is a godly leader
TO BE A GODLY LEADER
I must follow Christ

We had 4 representatives from Resonate Church today!
Some of the highlights from Ryder Storms message were:
You are fearfully and wonderfully made!
How Jesus sees us….
Some people think Jesus is in heaven being mean and grumpy.
Not true!
He calls us His friend!
He took care of sin once and for all.
He’s with us wherever we go.
You are never alone.
He actually listens to us!
He’s always speaking to us through the Holy Spirit, the Bible, church and worship
(kids answers).
Jesus loves us, he’s closer than a brother.
Jesus is our friend!

“We are talking about history, Jesus is coming soon. At 12 years old Jesus sat at the feet of those who shared the truth like you are, and his persecution came, as ours is coming too. Be prepared, be in prayer, confess your sins, and read the Bible daily. “
Our middle schoolers were visited by Madhukar and Sony Bylla, Indian missionaries visiting with Bailey Christian Church. They were challenged in hearing stories of faith, ministry, and persecution as they learned of the impact of the gospel taking place on the ground in India.
Jordan from Red Pine Bible
Church led us in Chapel this morning. He talked to us about truth. What is truth?
Everything Jesus taught is about truth. The truth is knowing Jesus Christ.
We can be certain doing what Jesus says is the right thing to do. When the message is true you risk your life to tell people about Jesus. Since the world hates the truth, we have to be brave. He challenged us all to be brave and tell people the truth!
Happy Veteran's Day! ❤️💙 Thank you Veterans for your bravery and sacrifice! We are so grateful! 🇺🇸
We have some pretty princesses in preschool today!

Our October "star/flag" winners were awarded today. We also enjoyed a wonderful Spaghetti lunch. We are thankful for Wednesdays!
5/6 wrote the 5 solas and hammered them in like Luther and his 95 theses. They celebrated by eating gummy worms to recall the Diet of Worms.
They loved it and were so excited to take them home and find a place for their work
The preschool class celebrated their pumpkin walk win from the harvest festival today! They spent the day learning about the P and having pizza for lunch and popcorn for a snack and even got to wear their pajamas to school! It was a Perfect day!!
